Absolutely. We scale everything—range of motion, tempo, and load—so you build confidence and strength without feeling left behind.

Tell the instructor before class. We’ll provide modifications and let you work in a pain-free range. If you’re under medical care, follow your provider’s advice first.

Yes. Bring a sturdy foldable chair (no wheels, rubber feet). We’ll show safe ways to get up and down—or you can do a full chair-based session.

Our Fitness Bootcamp sessions are high-energy group workouts that combine strength, cardio, and flexibility training for a total-body burn. Every session includes a warm-up, circuit-style training with bodyweight and functional movements, and a relaxing cool-down. Modifications are always available, so whether you’re just starting out or already active, you’ll find the pace that’s right for you. Expect great music, a motivating coach, and a fun, empowering environment that keeps you coming back!

A dynamic, low-impact yoga‑inspired program that adds isometrics, slow‑burn strength, and heart‑rate awareness. It’s joint‑friendly and modifiable for all levels. Learn more on our What is DDP Yoga? page.

Barefoot gives better grip and balance, wakes up foot muscles, and improves joint alignment from the ground up—key for stability in DDP Yoga. Prefer not to go barefoot? Wear clean, grippy socks.

Many movements are adaptable, but please consult your healthcare provider first. We’ll help you keep intensity appropriate and avoid positions that don’t feel right.

  • Bring the floor closer so your spine stays long
  • Add support in balance poses
  • Create resistance (squeeze/press) to build strength

Optional, but helpful. Any basic chest strap or wrist watch works. We also teach RPE (how hard it feels) alongside HR.

It helps you train at the right intensity for you, maximising results while avoiding overdoing it. You’ll learn how your body responds and see progress over time.

We work mostly in a personal “sweet spot” (moderate–vigorous for you). If your heart rate climbs too high, you disengage briefly—slow down, make the movement smaller, or take a supported option—then rejoin once you’re back in zone.

Any reliable strap or watch you’re comfortable wearing. Prioritise comfort, easy pairing, and a clear readout over extras.

We’ll post an update on the site/WhatsApp. If we must cancel, we’ll arrange a catch-up where possible (see Terms).

Please give as much notice as you can. Missed sessions and catch-ups follow our membership terms (see T&Cs).
